Mi amiga Moura llegó a casa de su humana Susana hace poco más de un año. La encontró sola, enferma y desnutrida. Los análisis de sangre revelaron que tenía una Insuficiencia Renal Crónica muy avanzada y un tumor en la vejiga que le causaba incontinencia urinaria.

My friend Moura came to her human´s house, Susana, one year ago. She found her alone, sick and undernourished. The blood work revealed that she had a Renal Chronic Failure very advanced and a tumor in her bladder that was causing urinary incontinence.

Con cariño y tratamiento Moura se convirtió en esta hermosa gata.
Moura turned into this beautiful Lady Cat with love and medical treatment.

Anoche, después del mejor año de su vida, nos dejó poco a poco, partió al Arcoiris...
After the best year of her life, Moura left us little by little. She went to the Brigde last night...

Humana ingrata/Ungrateful bean

Y es que dice que está muy ocupada, que las horas del día no le dan, que los días deberían tener más de 24 horas... Aquí está, todo el día en el ordenador trabajando. Por las mañanas no está en casa, dice que sale a ganarme los piensitos... y por la tarde, se la pasa en el portátil con un curso online muy importante que le exige entregar muchas actividades e investigar mucho por internet.

Por eso, y no por otra cosa, no me da tiempo de visitar todos vuestros blogs, queridos felinos afiliados a la dominación. Hoy ya he dicho ¡esto es la guerra! Y aquí me tenéis luchando por el ordenador y porque esta humana mía, vuelva al redil y a comportarse como mi esclava ¡Muhahahahahahá!

My bean says that she´s so busy and the days should have more than 24 hours. These days, she is working so much at the PC, because this reason, I cannot visit your blogs, my dear friends.

1) ¿Cuál es tu regalo de navidad favorito?
Ahora mismo no recuerdo ninguno en especial, normalmente me gusta todo lo que me regalan, sobre todo si es algo que deseo tener y lo he comentado. Alguien ha tomado nota y me lo ha regalado. Eso me parece muy bonito porque demuestra mucho cariño que alguien te escuche y se tome la molestia de buscar algo que te gusta y obsequiártelo.

1) What is your fauvorite Christmas gift?
I do not remember any especially just now, normally I like everything what they give me, especially if it is something that I want to have, I have commented on it, and somebody has given it to me. It seems to me to be very nice because fondness demonstrates very much love that someone listens to you and there takes the inconvenience to seek for something that you like and you to give it.

2) ¿Cuál es tu mejor recuerdo navideño?
Las Nochebuenas de mi infancia y los días de Navidad en casa de mis abuelos, todos los tíos y primos reunidos. Echo de menos esos días...

2) What is your best memory of Christmas?
The Christmas Eves of my infancy and the Crhitsmas Days in my grandparent´s house, all the uncles and cousins.... really funny. I miss these days...

3) ¿Cómo es el clima del lugar en el que vives en navidad? ¿Caliente o frío?
Bueno, en Canarias es difícil contestar a eso, debido a que cada una de nuestras Islas y su orografía, hacen que tengamos cantidad de microclimas. Las Islas Occidentales (La Palma, Tenerife, La Gomera y El Hierro) tienen una orografía muy acusada con unas alturas que como máximo llegan del nivel del mar a las 3718 m máximos (en la Isla de Tenerife está el pico del Teide, un volcán que es el pico más alto de España), así podemos encontrar nieve en sus cumbres y sol y temperaturas más cálidas en las playas. Aunque, normalmente, tenemos unas temperaturas suaves que no llegan a los extremos, tanto en verano como en invierno. Dicen que tenemos el mejor clima de España, el subtropical.

3) Depending upon where you live do you have a hot or cold Chritsmas?
Well, in The Canary Islands it is difficult to answer this question, because each of our Islands and their orography, do that we have many microclimates. The Western Islands (La Palma, Tenerife, La Gomera and El Hierro) have many mountains and ravines with a few heights maximums of 3718 meters (in the Island of Tenerife there is the Teide, a volcano that is the highest mountain of Spain). For this reason we can find snow in our summits and the sun and hotter temperatures in the beaches. Though normally, we have one soft temperatures both in summer and in winter. The climatologists and who visit us ,says that we have the best climate of Spain, the subtropical.

4) ¿Te gustaría experimentar unas navidades con un clima opuesto al tuyo?
Como aquí es más raro y no cae en cantidad suficiente, me gustarían unas navidades blancas, con nieve cayendo y esas cosas, jeje. ¡Me choca tanto que en el Sur sea verano cuando es navidad!

4) Would do you prefer to try the opposite weather at least just once?
I would like a few of " White Christmas " because here it does not snow in many quantity, only in the high of the summits.

5) ¿Prefieres árbol artificial o natural?
Reconozco que es más bonito uno natural, pero no me gusta que talen árboles para adornar las casas por unos días. Recuerdo que cuando éramos pequeños, íbamos con mi madre a buscar alguna rama seca grande que nos sirviese de árbol. Luego ella le ponía algodón para simular la nieve y le ponía los adornos.

5) What do you prefer in a tree? Fake or real?
I like reals trees but I do not like that they fell trees to adorn the houses for a few days. I remember that when I was a child, we were going with my mother to look for some dry big branch that was using us as tree. Then she was putting cotton to simulate the snow and was putting the adornments.

6) ¿Cuál es tu villancico preferido?
Los villancicos canarios, me gusta el sonido de nuestro timple (un instrumento típico de Canarias) y las guitarras. Los estoy escuchando mientras escribo este post para ponerme en ambiente, jeje. Aquí os dejo un ejemplo que encontré en el you tube.

6) What is your favorite carol?
I love Canarian carol. I love the sound of the guitars and a typical canarian musical instrument: el timple. Here a example of canarian carol:


7) ¿Cómo es tu cena de navidad ideal?
Con mi familia y mis gatunos la nochebuena. Un secreto: no me gusta la noche de fin de año, no me va eso de "emperifollarme" y recibir el “Feliz año nuevo” y besos de quienes apenas te saludan el resto del año. No entiendo el afán de la gente por arreglarse y comprarse modelitos esa noche y que por narices tengas que divertirte. La pasaría frente a la tele o en casa con mi familia y me iría a dormir como una noche más (incluso puede que me acostase más temprano para que pasase más rápida).

7) What is your fauvorite Chritsmas dinner?
The Christmas Eves with my family and cats (Ana, Miky and Luna)in my paretn´s house. One secret about me: I don´t like The New Year´s Eve. I do not like to dress of etiquette and to receive the " Happy new year " of people that you do not like. It seems to me to be hypocritical. I would be this night watching TV or with my family in house and I would go away to sleeping as one more night (even it is possible that I was going to bed more early in order that it was happening speed).

9) ¿Has visto a Papá Noel cuando entrega los regalos?
En mi casa y en la mayoría de hogares españoles, los regalos no los entrega Papá Noel, sino Los Reyes Magos de Oriente en sus camellos la noche del 5 al 6 de enero. Y nunca he tenido la fortuna de verlos, aunque de pequeña me parecía que los oía comer las galletas que les dejábamos jejeje.

9) Have you seen Santa delivering gifts?
In my house and in the majority of Spanish homes, the gifts are not delivered Santa.
The Magi deliver them the night from January 5 to January 6. I have never had the fortune of seeing them, but when I was a child, I was thinking about hearing them eating the cookies that we were leaving them hahahaha.
